Firm Founding Partners
Varun Singh
Varun is one of the founding partners of Erudite Legal and presently a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has completed his Bachelors in Law from Delhi University. Further, he holds a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and has also acquired a Certificate in European Laws from Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.
Varun started his career as a legal advisor with DLF and has gained vast exposure in corporate law. He has intense experience in handling corporate and civil litigation of DLF and advised the company in their legal affairs and worked on solving real time problems.
Kushal Kumar
Kushal is one of the co-founding Partners of Erudite Legal.
Kushal has assisted Central Government Standing Counsel before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi in various path-breaking matters. As a junior counsel, Kushal has appeared on behalf of various Panel Counsels for various esteemed organizations which inter alia includes Nalanda University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and State Bank of India.
Kushal is a Legal Advisor alongside Harsh for Everain Global Services Pvt. Ltd, an environmental sector firm which provides expert consultation services to large scale public and private enterprises in Assessment, Quantification and Management of risk opportunities.
Harsh Ahuja
Harsh is one of the founding Partners of Erudite Legal and has pursued his graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi, and thereafter graduated in law from Central University.
Mr. Harsh practice focuses on commercial litigation, criminal litigation, corporate & arbitration matters. He has been providing legal opinion, drafting & vetting of contracts, consultation and representing the firm in various forums.
In his initial days of practice, Harsh has assisted the Additional Solicitor General of India at the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and various other standing government counsels.
Aditya Kapoor
Aditya is one of the founding partners and Senior Consultant at Erudite Legal and majorly deals with the Firm’s Disputes Resolution Practice. Aditya has represented individuals in matters as also Domestic Companies, Multi National Companies and conglomerates of Companies in Arbitration matters. Apart from appearing before Arbitral Tribunals, Aditya has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals.
Aditya specialises in Corporate Commercial disputes (especially Arbitrations), Civil and Property Disputes, Matrimonial disputes among others.

ANIKET GAUTAM
Aniket has twelve years of experience and specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, strategic collaboration, debt financing transactions, corporate restructuring transactions, establishment of new business operations, general corporate, commercial contracts and intellectual property. He has been involved in transactions focused on equity/debt financings in e-commerce, education, health care, manufacturing and telecom sectors, as well as cross border acquisitions and joint ventures.
His transactional practice includes advice to investee companies and various strategic and financial investors on structuring of transactions; drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents; entry and exit strategies; and foreign exchange regulations.
