Varun is the Co-founder / Managing Partner of Erudite Legal and presently a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has completed his Bachelors in Law from Delhi University. Further, he holds a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and has also acquired a Certificate in European Laws from Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. He has wide experience in dealing with litigation and corporate advisory work which inter alia includes Contract law, Employment laws, Real Estate laws, European laws, Service tax laws, Intellectual Property laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws among others.

Harsh is Co-founder / Partner of Erudite Legal and has pursued his graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi, and thereafter graduated in law from Central University. Harsh has a well-established practice in criminal law, constitutional law, commercial laws, banking laws, consumer laws and property disputes. He has been handling complex arbitration matters and is known for his out-of-the-box mindset and his well-planned strategies. Apart from appearing before Arbitral Tribunals, Addtya has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals.
