About Harsh Ahuja
Harsh is one of the founding Partners of Erudite Legal and has pursued his graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi, and thereafter graduated in law from Central University.
Mr. Harsh practice focuses on commercial litigation, criminal litigation, corporate & arbitration matters. He has been providing legal opinion, drafting & vetting of contracts, consultation and representing the firm in various forums.
In his initial days of practice, Harsh has assisted the Additional Solicitor General of India at the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and various other standing government counsels. Harsh has dealt important and high stake government matters pertaining to Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of External Affairs.
Harsh has also advised multinational clients and foreign consulates in matters of International Laws. Similarly, Harsh has also been advising Antares Sea Pvt. Ltd. He has been providing the company with corporate advisory work relating to International Laws and European Laws, consultation, drafting and vetting of Contracts based on International Chamber of Commerce. Harsh is also advising and dealing various contractual matters of MSMEs. Harsh has also practiced for the financial institutions and has advised many clients in matters of recoveries and debts.
Harsh has a well-established practice in criminal law, constitutional law, commercial laws, banking laws, consumer laws and property disputes. He has been handling complex arbitration matters and is known for his out-of-the-box mindset and his well-planned strategies. Harsh has the distinction of having represented clients successfully in numerous arbitrations and has also been advising clients at various stages of their businesses.
