Kushal KumarKushal is one of the co-founding Partners of Erudite Legal.

Kushal has assisted Central Government Standing Counsel  before the Supreme Court of India and  High Court of Delhi in various path-breaking matters.  As a junior counsel, Kushal has appeared on behalf of various Panel Counsels for various esteemed organizations which inter alia includes Nalanda University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and State Bank of India.

Kushal is a Legal Advisor alongside Harsh for Everain Global Services Pvt. Ltd, an environmental sector firm which provides expert consultation services to large scale public and private enterprises in Assessment, Quantification and Management of risk opportunities. Kushal’s major work includes providing legal opinion, drafting & vetting of contracts, consultation and representing the firm in various forums.

Kushal and Harsh have been advising Antares Sea Pvt. Ltd, a Shipping Company having its headquarters in Singapore. He has provided the company with corporate advisory work relating to International Laws and European Laws, consultation, drafting and vetting of Contracts based on International Chamber of Commerce.

Kushal has also been advising many educational instutions including St. Xaviers Convent School, Lucknow. His work includes drafting of contracts and providing advice with respect to various aspects of Employer-Employee relationship. He also gives legal opinions regarding their day to day legal concerns.

Kushal completed his B.A.LLB degree from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun in 2013. Soon thereafter, he pursued his LLM in Criminal and Security Law from Uttrakhand University . Adding to his educational qualifications, Kushal has also pursued his Post Graduation Diploma in International Trade and Business Law from Indian Society for International Law and also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law.
